Items are shipped from Canada.
Items shipped to the United States will arrive in 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS (9-20 days) and rarely longer if customs wants to play. Items shipped to within Canada should arrive in about 1 - 2 weeks but possibly longer. Items shipped to International destinations vary greatly, to Europe usually 12 - 30 days, to Australia and Russia or FSU countries 15-40 days.

GRADING OF PRODUCTS:
I strive to describe items in detail and mention any damage clearly but please contact me if unsure!
New... factory sealed/shrink wrapped when applicable .
Like New... could have very light wear, I try to list the condition of the case in the description, it may have some wear.
Very Good... regular wear, item was used but not abused.
Good... heavy usage but will operate.
Acceptable... should work properly, but possibly not .
Parts Only... probably defective and/or dead.
Personally, I find tab indentations on the front and/or back artwork of DVDs very annoying. I try to mention such damage on item's description, as it can be difficult to notice in photographs. I know it's infuriating if you order a NEW DVD and it has this damage when a USED LIKE NEW item could've been in better condition. Most items are exactly as pictured, but occasionally there are variations in wrapping or sticker damage. If you are concerned about the condition of a CD or DVD case, please ask me before or at least with payment and if possible I'll try to address or fix the issue.
PAYMENTS:
Payment are expected within 7 days
1) Paypal accepted (eCHECK/eCHEQUE payments not accepted!)
2) I may consider other methods.
3) For local pickup in Edmonton - I'd only accept cash and in Canadian funds but of course no shipping would be charged. Minimum order of $5.
SHIPPING:
I charge more than actual postage as a small handling fee has been added due to the time taken to package items and visit the post office - read top of the page.
RETURNS:
Returns or refunds are usually only considered if there was a significant error in description and at my discretion. Return shipping is usually at buyer's expense.
INTERNATIONAL:
We do ship overseas, but I may need to add your country as a shipping option or manually send an invoice, just contact me with a list of the titles you want to purchase. If you wish to have an order shipped without the cases (disc and/or insert only) let me know and it should lower shipping costs...
